Before you ask
- How quickly do you reply?
- Within one business day, to every application — including the ones we turn down. If we cannot take your program you will know quickly enough to go elsewhere.
- Who are the two contacts?
- You meet both before design begins, and both are named on your agreement with a direct email. Neither of them is a switchboard.
- What happens if you miss a date?
- The in-hand date is contracted, and a week late is an invoice credit rather than an apology. That is the only version of a promise worth reading.
