Terms
The short version,
in plain
These terms cover this website and the application process. The agreement you sign before production governs your order, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

Applying is not
an
Sending an application does not create a contract, reserve a place, or oblige us to take your program. We accept a limited number of programs each season and turn down applications that we cannot serve properly. Nothing is binding until we both sign an agreement.
Everything on the application should be accurate. We plan capacity and dates around what you tell us.
Designs stay
until you order.
Everything we draw remains our work until an order is placed. If you leave before then, the drawings stay with us and may not be taken to another manufacturer.
Once your order is placed, the design is reserved to your program. We do not resell it, adapt it for another gym, or publish it in a catalog. The pieces shown in The Vault archive are our own work, are not for sale, and are not offered for another program to order.
Your program's name, marks and logos remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use anything you ask us to put on a uniform, and that it does not infringe someone else's rights.
Deposits, pricing
and
The deposit is refundable. It reserves your place in the season, comes off your invoice, and is returned in full at any point before you approve your sample.
The price is agreed before production. You receive an itemised quote and nothing is added to it afterwards. Budget changes how much decoration a uniform carries — never the fabric, the construction, the fit grading, or the terms.
You approve a finished sample before the full run is produced. Approving the sample is the point at which the order becomes final, because production begins from it. Please check it carefully — colors, sizing, lettering and placement.
Dates, fit and
In-hand date. Your agreement names the date your uniforms are in your hands, along with the remedy if we miss it. That date depends on you meeting the approval and sizing milestones in the agreement; if those slip, the date moves with them.
Fit protection. We size your athletes and remake at our cost through your first competition, in line with the agreement.
Custom goods. Uniforms are made to your program's design and measurements, so outside of fit protection and our own errors or defects they cannot be returned or exchanged. If something is wrong with what we built, tell us and we will put it right.
The website itself
The photography, designs, text and marks on this site are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission. Renders shown are concept imagery, not photographs of a production garment, and small variation between a render, a sample and a finished uniform is normal.
Our guide to division rules is offered in good faith and was accurate against the rulebooks on the date shown on that page. Governing-body rules change and are open to interpretation by event officials — it is not a compliance guarantee, and the current USASF and IASF rulebooks are always the authority.
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
