What we collect,
and what we don't.

We collect what we need to answer an application and build a uniform. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

Last updated 14 August 2026.

What we collect

When you apply. The application form asks for your program name, your name, email address, phone number (optional), number of competing athletes, seasons in operation, your first competition date, and a budget per athlete (optional). You choose what to put in it.

When you browse. We count page views. Our own analytics records only the page path and the date — no cookies, no device fingerprint, no identifiers, and nothing that can be traced back to a person. We cannot tell who visited, only how many times a page was opened.

Automatically, by our host. Vercel, which serves this site, keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect payment card details, government identifiers, or any information about the athletes in your program through this website.

Cookies

The public website sets no cookies. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie and no third-party tracker on the pages you are reading.

The only cookie we set anywhere is a sign-in cookie on our own staff admin area, which visitors never reach. It is strictly necessary for that page to function.

If we later add advertising or conversion tracking, this page will be updated before it goes live, and we will add a consent notice where the law requires one.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our instructions and we do not sell information to anyone.

  • Vercel — hosting, serving the site and running the application form.
  • Upstash — the database that stores applications.
  • Resend — sends us an email when an application arrives.
  • Google Fonts — the site loads two typefaces from Google's servers, which means your browser contacts Google and Google receives your IP address in the process. No cookie is set by this.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while we are considering them and for the life of any working relationship that follows, because we hold your pattern, colors and approved design on file for future roster additions. If you are not accepted, or you ask us to, we delete your application.

Page-view counts are aggregate numbers only. They are not tied to a person and are not deleted, because there is nothing personal in them to delete.

Your choices

Email christian@vaultcheer.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not make it difficult.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU GDPR — including the right to a copy of your data and the right to object to how we use it. The same email address covers all of it.

Children. This site is aimed at coaches, gym owners and program directors, not at athletes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will remove it.
